With a desire to support RTA’s shift from authority to experience, Nol Plus was created as the central reward system, working seamlessly across all mobility channels, to become an integral part of commuters’ daily life. A key objective for the business was to make the Nol Plus loyalty program into a profit center by using brand to drive usage across all mediums to generate revenue.

 

With the client team we developed the brand proposition ‘Ecosystem of possibilities’ to clearly underline Nol Plus’s focus on giving its key audiences access to a carefully curated and dynamic ecosystem of experiences within and beyond mobility, delivered through a carefully selected set of partners.
