Breathing life into banking

With ‘personalised banking’ as the guiding vision for Odeabank we developed the brand purpose ‘Our bank’ placing Odeabank into the consumers’ mindset as an open, organisation that listens to its customers and brings them simple and effective financial solutions.

Odeabank focussed on digital which instantly placed it as a favourite amongst consumers and, importantly, instantly delivered on its promise to be present at all times.

Driven by the new brand purpose we then developed a new and connected brand expression for Odeabank that made relating to be bank much simpler and more human, because the bank spoke the consumer’s language and understood them. We then worked with environments design agency I-AM, to translate our purpose and expression into a distinctive physical experience and so delivering on the brand promise at all levels of the bank.
